ISLAMABAD : China and Pakistan have stated their determination to cooperate in order to foil the plans of their common opponents who wish to undermine CPEC. Mr. Gao Fei, the deputy director general of China’s Ministry of Public Security, and Muhammad Tahir Rai, the national coordinator of the National Counter Terrorism Authority, discussed the issue in Islamabad. Gao Fei visited the NACTA offices with a delegation, and Muhammad Tahir Rai gave the group a presentation on the authority’s role in fighting terrorism and extremism. The two sides agreed that both Iron Brother nations will work together to battle terrorism and other common foes.
