Pakistan unveils plans for second phase of CPEC cultural caravan, focusing on regional collaboration

ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Pakistan is set to host the second phase of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) cultural caravan, aiming to enhance cultural connectivity and regional collaboration. Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture, Jamal Shah, shared this initiative during a meeting with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan. The event aims to showcase the diverse cultural heritage of the region, with a focus on Central Asian States. Shah highlighted the potential for collaboration in film and cinema to strengthen cultural ties between Pakistan and Kazakhstan. The Kazakhstan envoy expressed positive sentiments, emphasizing friendly relations and pledging collaboration across various sectors, including cultural exchanges, art, heritage, museums, and film, with plans for a Kazakhstan-organized film screening at the PNCA as a symbol of this cooperation.
