The Era of Digital marketing and consumer experience in Pakistan

Over the last few years, the world trend is shifting towards digitalization tremendously. Globally the digital payment has been adapted. Consumer behaviors are changing towards contactless and cashless transactions. All the banks are involving the consumers themselves and making them believe that use of digital payments are much easier and compatible. People in Pakistan were much reluctant to use digital payment methods. Meanwhile in the spread of Covid-19, the trend in Pakistan is rapidly shifting beyond the expectations. The growth of digital payments is increasing the economy of Pakistan, this will benefit Pakistan’s economy in the longer run as more records can be kept safe.

Two leading leaders in Pakistan are Easypaisa and Jazzcash, while UBL omni and HBL Konnect are following in their footsteps. This clearly shows the rising demand of digital payment, as conventional banks are shifting their traditional banking method to a modern way and trying to provide a good consumer experience to the Pakistan’s citizens.
