ISLAMABAD : Pakistan and China agreed to enhance cooperation in the tourism sector and increase flow of tourists from both sides. The understanding was reached during a high-level meeting at China Embassy in Islamabad, which discussed the promotion of bilateral tourism between the two countries. The Pakistan side was represented in the meeting by Advisor to Prime Minister on Tourism and Sports Awn Chaudhry and Managing Director of Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation, Aftab-ur-Rehman Rana while the Chinese side was represented by Charge de’ affairs of the Embassy Pang Chunxue. The two sides held discussion on improving facilitation for the tourists on both sides to enhance people-to-people contact.
